Vex Robotics, Ultrasonic Bot 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0

Some of you may remember my Vex Robotics Ultrasonic Bot series.

Here is a recap of what I did with them.

Ultrasonic Bot 1.0 (below), achieved basic wall avoidance, and inspired many people to do robots like this one.

Ultrasonic Bot 2.0 (below), has a narrower wheel base, and has two limit switches in addition to the ultrasonic sensor, to sense more types of stimuli.

Ultrasonic Bot 3.0 Pictures:

3.0 is almost the same as 2.0, but is just a little bit taller, because I mounted the servo mount and ultrasonic sensor on top of the old design.

I made this mount for programming which keeps the wheels off the ground, by using a copy of the bottom base of the robot!
