Yes, but how about the board itself? I'm thinking fiberglass, maybe carbon fiber.

Most importantly, are snowbots more Burton (http://www.the-house.com/sntp-burton.html)type of snow shredders or upscale D&C (http://www.the-house.com/sntp-dc.html)?

I'm down with the blowing $#!t up with my eyes...not sure what that has to do with sex....

"Once you go bot...you never go back" will no doubt become a common phrase of the future.

Personally, I wouldn't think it is a far leap for most people who have taken pleasure from machines. A robot that knows how to react on its own and can learn from past "sessions" (I don't know why, but that was tough to put in words when talking about a robot) would no doubt become valuable to some.

I would say that having an "intelligent" machine involved in personal sex lives would become an issue with privacy at some point. Just imagine if "session" data could be sent up to the manufacturer without your knowledge, or marketing data derived from such data, or the data showing up on your Twitter account.

I dunno about you, but I have come home unexpectedly early and found Otto perusing transister layouts... he seemed to be quite embarassed about it and denied any prurient intentions, but his PCBs were warm and he needed a battery charge. At least I didn't have to clean up his end effectors...

You do bring up a really good point Jim. I never really thought much past sex with robots being a disturbing concept, downright hilarious, but disturbing none the less and will day be a part of our lives probably sooner than we all thought.

That said, this is a really interesting situation. I'm sure once these "Robot Dolls" are more common in the marketplace, there will be some type of marketing data derived from them. Hell, we're already getting bombarded with ads on websites saying to spend the night with so and so that lives in your same town! Could you imagine having a robot at home that knows how to find out what you like only to be downloading all of the data to a marketing company? Then years later you move halfway across the world, get rid of your robot, only to find a robot on a street corner (again halfway across the world) saying to you "I know what you like"... and it actually DOES?!? Creepy or cool? You decide....

My vote, way too creepy of s$#t for me and once this starts happening you'll see me and my family on a deserted island far away from all this:D

I sorry i brought up the subject of "If my robot was dressed up like a woman would that be cheating on my wife?"

And

I guess the term "Love Machine" has a whole new meaning!
