Just received my order from Trossen

I just received my Bioloid Comp. Kit and an extra AX-12+ servo I ordered from Trossen. I must say, I am very impressed... The shipping was fast (same day as I paid for the kit, same day it was shipped). Everything was neatly packaged with an extra "mini moody face" which was a nice touch.:happy:

I highly recommend shopping from Trossen, they are a wonderful team!

I agree that Trossen is great. I order something from them on Friday and received it on Monday. That is what I call service. It might help that I live very close to where there office is, but still really great service.

That said, Trossen always processes them same-day, totally on UPS.

I did not want to create another thread for this and hence I am posting here. I wanted to put in an awesome word for Trossen Robotics and specifically Andrew. He has sent me a lot of parts over the last couple months and has gone above and beyond trying to help me setup my robot. Thanks a lot Andrew and thanks to you Trossen! You guys rock!

I'm also impressed of how fast Trossen Robotics are in processing an order.
I placed an order at sunday (18.oct) evening and already the next monday the order was shipped! And today (the 21.oct) I got the package delivered at my door! Thats incredible fast all the way to Norway.
