I have an application that uses the Phidget 0/0/4 and it would be nice to have the phidget libray install at the same time as my VB app installs without the customer having to go through both installs.

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks
J

Ok, I think I just figured it out. vb6 is pretty clunky and I don't ever use it, so bare with me if I'm making an obvious mistake:

Go to Start -> All Programs -> Microsoft Visual Studio 6 -> Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 Tools -> Package & Deployment Wizard.
Select your .vbp file that you want to create an installer for
Press the Package button
Click Next
Make sure Standard Setup Package is highlighted and click next
I'd recommend creating a new folder called your_project_name_installer and selecting it. Then, click next
On dialog that pops up with the title, "Missing Dependency Information", check the box next to Phidget21COM.dll, and click ok.
Click Next
With Single cab selected, click Next
Name the title of your Installation program and click next
Select your installation directory (I'd recommend Program Files) and click next
Modify what you want here and click next (I just left the default settings)
Check the box about shared files if you want (I did not cuz I had no clue what they were talking about) and click next.
Name your script if you want (I didn't) and click Finish.Viola! Hopefully that works out for ya:D Let me know if you have any questions. I may or may not be able to help out.
