Dear,

I am using a pair of ZIG100 and one of ZIg2serial to gtransfer data from BX24.

one of ZIG100 is direstly connected to BX24 microcontroller while another one is coonected to ZIG2serial (then connected to PC through serial port).

I used robort terminal to view the result of the transfer progress. In BX24 I transmit a string like "Hello", then, I receive a result in robot program, but it is not the word "Hello".

If I send 3time of "Hello", I received three same block in terminal program.

Does any people know how to decode the receive data from ZIG100 through Zig2serial.
Do the ZIG100 can transmit and decode data without using CM2 or CM5.

Any suggestion is appreciated,

Thank you very much.

Did you get your setup working...
If so could you post a schematic...
Thanks

Hi,

I solved this problem several months ago. The main problem came from the serial port setting. ZIG 100 worked well with the serial port that has the following setting: 8bit data, 1 stop bit, noninverter,... I used the baudrate of 19200 for the communication. Tranfered data can be in the string or byte form, however, it you want to use data for other program, it is better to have data in byte.

In the first ZIG100 (connected to BX24), PIn 7, Pin 8 of ZIG100 are conected to the Transmited Pin and Receivered pin of the Virtual serial port of BX24 (COM3).

Hope that these above suggestion is useful.
