Haha wow... my paintball guru buddy and I were talking about creating exactly this. That guy has a decent enough lead that we probably shouldnt even bother...

These things aren't about the hardware, imho, they're about algorithm development. Don't let his work disuade you. Best algorithms win.

that was pretty nice. that gun was pretty accurate and seamed fast too. good job on makeing it.
if only you could hook that up to a robot so it could walk arround.

If I were getting lit-up that hard, I'd be thinking about what I'm wearing.

I used to play with the Team Ironman guys all the time back when they were multi-time world champs. Even they didn't light you up as hard as that thing does. It's just totally indiscriminate. It doesn't matter how "dead" you are, it's gonna keep shooting if it sees you. If a little dead is good, a lot dead is better - that's why I'm in love with it... ;)
