I was at Robogames helping out, we weren't actually selling anything, just handing out mini-catalogs and demoing bots, spreading the good word and whatnot.

I'm pretty sure they could show you their offices, but they'd have to kill you.

That is the old office and 70% of it was a recruiting firm that we shared offices with.

There really isn't much to show. Just a bunch of bins with labels on them etc. We really don't have like a cool workshop area where there are robots running all over the place... (i wish!)

Did you ever have your robots fight it out with all the drones coming in and out? :)

So the logo... I'll let you guys know what a big dork I am. I used to draw that star when I was a teenager and I always liked it so when we needed a logo...

The 8 arms could be said to stand for the eight fold path.
The lightening bolt breaking the circle is about how life involves the willingness to grow and achieve from pushing past your boundaries and sometimes things get broken in the process. There is something to be learned about the human condition from this fact: A bone will not break in the same place twice because it heals stronger than the original bone around it. The circle is the cycles of life always turning, being tested, challenged, broken, healing, and continually growing stronger. Yeah, I know, soooooo deep right? LOL

It's also been pointed out that the bolt and circle are pretty much the power symbol on computers which is also cool.

But now, mostly, it's just a logo of a great place to buy robots!

Matt, thanks for the explanation for the logo, who would have thought it to be that deep...:) I am working with a guy to make me a custom embroidered Kondo flexfit hat, and also a TrossenRobotics.com hat... I hope that's ok with you guys... don't want to step on any toes...:)

not to be pimping them, but if any one wants one let me know... I think the hats will be $14 a piece (plus shipping) and I know they require a $25 one time setup fee for the logo,etc... so if anyone wants to help out, we can all get some sweet hats...
