You could just add text to your existing one and upload it...

Sorry, the titles for me appear off to the right of the pictures, not the bottom.

It changes based upon your post count, there is a thread somewhere that lists everything. Custom titles are only for moderators and/or TR staff.

Were those the final level breakdowns on pg 4?

I meant to chime in at the time that they should have broken down on base-2.

1024, 2048, 4096, for example... :)
