Description: PIC-GSM is a great development board for cellular and remote monitoring applications. With it, you can easily monitor and control your home from anywhere there is cell phone coverage with your GSM cellular account. Insert any GSM SIM card and start accessing this board remotely over the cellular network.

Switch on and off relays remotely by SMS, monitor and toggle the status of any GPIO pin, speak or listen on the audio channel of the board, even monitor the built-in temperature sensor. The built-in GSM module has an on-board antenna allowing you to use this module as GPRS modem connected to your computer too. Panic button and alarm inputs can dial your phone and report for alarm or to send you SMS message.

I actually have one of those on my weather station at my house up in the mountains. Not the most sensitive receiver, but it does work pretty well. No good cell towers there, so I'm only getting about 2400bps with any repeatability - good enough for my application though!

Our senior design recently purchased this development board. Does anyone have some sample code for some basic functions the board can do?
