My build

[Quantum]

Since I haven't seen one on this forum I thought I would build a robot from scratch. Start with a concept and go from there while listening to the forum's idears. Start with the drawings then the construction and the software phase. Detailed drawings, materials selection, construction, and then software writing.I thought there might be people that are curious on how some of us do it or just would like to see the process.

If I am wrong please say something.

If not the first part is some drawings 3D models and some of my ideas.
I need a day or so.

sounds like a really cool idea. Especially if you get really into it, as in get really detailed about photographing parts as you cut them, and all of the decisions you make. Check out charlie (http://forums.trossenrobotics.com/showthread.php?t=2481) when you get a chance, She was based on an crust crawler Hexapod, only I made her as a quad so I could use her in mech wars.

Can't wait to see what you come up with.

Yea thats exactly the idea start from a concept and show the process and include pictures and videos aswell.
