Anyone have any experience using these for robotics projects? Seems pretty useful from the video above ( same guy also has a bunch of other videos of using a nibbler you can access below the main video. )

I've never used the powered ones but I have these (http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2289712) that I use on light aluminum. They are awesome for cutting slots in light gauge aluminum. It can be hand cramping work after a bit though.

I don't have a nibbler, but I've used them for body work. Most of my cuts in light-gauge are straight, so I use pneumatic shears instead.
