I ran across this today too, and thought it was extremely clever and cute. I love simple robots that evoke emotion, but this was much more profound than just a cleaver cute thing. This little experiment with unexpected results, made me proud to be part of the human race.

Now, who's going to make one for robogames this year? :)

I'd wondered how this would play out in different environments, and thought maybe a city park is a special kind of "ecosystem". Admittedly I wasn't expecting people to help as they did in this experiement. She thought of an interesting test and it had some cool results.
