Hi folks,
I'm in the process of changing the artwork on the Chibots website and am hoping to find some artists or even would-be artists who might like to have their artwork on the Chibots website as I can't draw my way out of a wet paper bag.
If you visit chibots.org you'll see a skyline of Chicago. I'd like to have a robot between the sky gradient and the buildings. My thought was to have something that gives the feeling of a giant robot stomping around downtown. The sky gradient changes with the time of day, so the robot could be in a variety of positions and poses, e.g. friendly giant robot in the morning, sleeping giant robot in the afternoon and killer giant robot at night, etc.
I've attached skyline.png, the skyline sans gradient. If you'd like to take a crack at it, add a robot to the picture and upload attach it to a reply. Next meeting I'll show any submissions to the regular attendees to get feedback.
