The following was posted about a week ago to the Yahoo Groups Mailing List, my apologies for not posting it here sooner. Also, the Thursday mentioned was yesterday so head count posting are no longer required.
To my fellow RoboMagellan Contestants,
We have been given official approval to hold our annual ChiBots RoboMagellan contest on the Moraine Valley Community College campus on Saturday August 15th, 2009 in cooperation with Moraine Valley community College. Unless it proves troublesome we can stick to the hours we used last time. Setup at 10:30 am and the contest begins at 1:30 pm. Coordinates will be given as we get closer to the actual date.
To seal the deal all I need is to give an approximate head count. So if anyone who plans on attending can reply to this posting with the number of people attending in your group by this Thursday, I would appreciate it.
I will post this message to the forums as well, but ask that all head count replies come through the Yahoo group to make my life simpler.
