Would it be possible to power this RoBoard: http://www.roboard.com/RB-110.htm
with this battery pack: http://airsoft-club.com/shop/batteries-bbs/11-1v-battery/gep-power-11-1v-1200mah-20c-lipo-li-po-t-plug-battery-gp850c

I'm not concerned with whether or not the plug fits and I only need to power the board for 15mins.

The RoBoard requires:
Power Consumption +5V @ 400mA
Power Input DC-in 6V to 24V

and the battery pack has these values:
11.1V 1200mAh 20C

Would that do the trick?

Yes that should power it fine. Keep in mind that it wouldn't work for Hobby servos however, which have a 6v requirement.

Does the Roboard have provisions to run servos off their own separate power supply?

For the good news and the hint with the servos.
I was actually planning to purchase this (http://www.trossenrobotics.com/p/phidgets-stepper-bipolar-controller.aspx), connect it to the same power supply and hook it up to the RoBoard via USB.
If I understood the Phidget manual correctly, then the controller should take care of adjusting the voltage for the stepper motor. Hopefully this works.

@mannyr7: I'm not sure but here is what it says in the specs:

Note: Servos are powered directly from the input voltage, so a 6v power supply is needed for most hobby servos to function safely.I hope this answers your question.
