Im super excited about competing in the mech competition this year but i am on a tight budget. so im trying to find a cheaper ip camera. i found this guy on ebay:

what do you guys think? would this work? this is my first time building a mech for competition. thanks for the help.

How can this thing possibly only cost $14 shipped even if it is a piece of junk.

The camera is the absolute last place I would skimp on. If you lose your camera connectivity, you're basically done. The trendnet camera is pretty good, I've also heard good things about this D-Link camera.

Because the seller has 0 feedback and registered with ebay all of 2 days ago -- he'll take your money and run (most likely).

thanks for the quick replies. i figured i shouldnt skimp on my camera but i was hoping i could cut cost a little. anyone got a trendnet for cheap? lol

If you watch amazon closely, this one of those items where the price fluctuates seemingly by the hour. Occasionally they'll come to $50-60.

They sometimes go on sale at Amazon for around $60. Check Newegg too.
