Yeah, the roboturret has an i2c interface which the arduino uno also has.

That allow them to communicate fairly easily.

Just to clarify though, the default firmware communicates through the MosquitIO's USB connection, not the I2C. You'd need to modify the existing firmware or write your own.

Tyberius is right, I would recommend modifying the existing firmware; it would be relatively simple because the wire library supports numbers as large as 255 out of the box, perfect for sending standard 0-180 values for servos. You can download the firmware for roboturret from trossen:
