I don't have a background inelectronics engineering. I am looking for a company that is capableof doing PCB layout design and full turnkey assembly.

Screaming Circuits does turn-key prototype procurement and assembly. I think you may still need to come up with a design file from them, but you could ask them if they can do that. Warning: These kinds of services are expensive, no matter where you do them! Expect to pay at least four figures of US dollars for any one design start to finish. http://www.screamingcircuits.com/Home/Capabilities

R (http://www.screamingcircuits.com/Home/Capabilities)ugged Circuits offer design and prototyping, and already do a number of products in the robotics space (Ruggeduino, Motor controllers, etc.) This is probably your best bet -- but, again, expect to pay for the privilege: http://ruggedcircuits.com/html/custom_design.html

@electronics : As jwatte said, hiring any company for everything is pretty expensive and is a big-time hassle. My friend kind of tried to do everything with one PCB company but they took quite a long time for design alone. Then, he got really frustrated and halted the project with them. All he did was design and gave up designing. I heard Bittele can also do design and full turnkey. I understand your concern but why are you trying to design if you don't have any background? Anything you try to do will cost you your hard-earned money, it ain't a game. (I am sorry if I offended you!). You can self-learn if you like. There are lots of blogs and youtube videos that could be helpful for you to design as well as make your own PCB and assemble components on them. To buy components, there are a lot of companies that will sell you components. I am not trying to underestimate your potential but if this is your first time trying to design, I am guessing your PCB could contain through holes that could be easily found in electronics shops near your house. They will even sell you a small through hole PCB.
