Complete Arrick Robotics rotary positioning table system including table, NEMA23 hybrid stepper motors, PR23 pulley reduction box, C4/MD2 2 axis controller, cabling and documentation. This equipment was purchased from a local R&D robotics lab and shows very little wear. Be advised that the base of the rotary table has been modified to accept a bottom drive larger NEMA23 motor (included). The PR23 4:1 ratio box is a $150 option on top of the $1100 base price for this equipment. Full details on each of the component is listed below.

C4/MD2 Stepper Motor System
Are you wanting to automate a task but don't know how? Have you looked through motion control catalogs and been shocked by the unnecessary complexity? The C4/MD2 system cuts through the confusion and offers a complete programmable motion control solution for those who don't want to design their own, or don't have time to waste.
The C4/MD2 Dual Stepper Motor System contains everything you need to accomplish motion control with PC - no cards to install, no cables to build, and no components to match.
Simply connect to a RS-232 or USB port on your PC or other controller. Within minutes you'll have complete control over the direction, position, and speed of each motor.
Programming is simple with the interactive motion control program. Custom programs are easy to create using subroutine libraries for C and VB.
Each C4/MD2 system includes the MD2 driver/power supply, C4 intelligent controller, 2) 10' motor cables, 2) home switches, and documentation.

PR23 Pulley Reducer (4:1 ratio)
The PR23 series of pulley reducers provide a cost-effective alternative to gear reducers often costing $400 or more. Use the PR23 with any NEMA size 23 stepper or servo motor to provide an increase in resolution and torque. Vibration reduction and load matching benefits can also be achieved to enhance the performance of many mechanical systems.
Perfect for belt-driven and lead screw-driven XY positioners. (http://www.arrickrobotics.com/xy.html) Even though the output speed is reduced by the reduction ratio, some systems will actually have their overall speed performance increased due to better use of the motor's torque curve. This is particularly true on our X and XY belt-driven positioners (http://www.arrickrobotics.com/xy.html) where speeds can be increased by as much as 4 times by simply adding a 2.5:1 reduction.
The PR23 face plate appears as a size 23 motor with a 1/4" shaft which allows the user to simply remove the motor from the system, mount it to the reducer, then mount the reducer on to the system. Timing belt tension is easily adjustable and pulleys can be swapped within the housing to provide an 'increase' function if needed.
4:1 ratio. The simple yet rugged design incorporates precision ball bearings and requires no maintenance.
