Hi there Trossen folks,

I broke my neck plate (P1 I believe), and I was wondering if it is possible to get a replacement for it. My work has pretty much come to stand still without it, so it would be great if someone on the team could help me with this.

Also, is it possible to order the parts separately online if we need extras for some reason? I wasn't sure how the parts for the HROS1 work with the rest of the online materials, since I am new to TrossenRobotics.

Please just email support from our Contact page and we will get you a new one sent out free of charge!

We have always maintained a policy of just sending out free replacements for any of our parts that break, regardless of reason.
