I'm an Electrical and Electronic Engineering Student at Manchester University (England). I'm currently on a year placement with National Instruments. I'll finish my placement in July, at which point I'll return to university to finish the 3rd and 4th years of my degree.
Synopsis:
Remote controlled robots are great, but it's not truly a robot if it's not autonomous. The tread driven OARC has two modes, autonomous and RC, with a home-made remote control to combine the best of both worlds.
