    Question(s) Re: Trying to add a gyro tot arbotix commander

    No pro, this is already very helpfull.

    I am looking in the checksum right now, hence my need for a way of debugging.

    I did debug the new values, they are all within the 0-255 range.

    Question(s) Trying to add a gyro tot arbotix commander

    So first of I am not really a programmer, more a tinkerer I would say. I was trying to add a gyro to the arbotix commander and for that I need it to send 3 extra value to the robot (Yaw, Pith Roll)....

    Question(s) Debugging phoenix code

    Is it possible to use serial debugging while controlling a robot with the arbotix controller (or any other method of controlling it) running a version of the phoenix code?

    If yes, how do I get...

    Just FYI and not to start a discussion because I am going to order a 3s, but I am 100% sure it was a 2s. I actually never had a 3s, that's why I am ordering now.

    Question(s) Arbotix-m

    This is probably a pretty stupid question. It has been a time ago since I build the standard hexapod (2013) and back then I used 7.2 v lipo's to power the hex. Now I see that 11.1 v is the default....

  19. Project Re: My PhantomX AX-18A running the Phoenix code... and it's lovely.

    I used

    #define DEFAULT_GAIT_SPEED 40

    so nothing new here. I don't think lowering below 40 has any (observable) use.

    As KevinO said, perhaps post a video....
