    Standard 2200mAh 3S LiPo should be sufficient for 10-12min. But to be sure I would do a battery replacement for next 10min.

    I belive you don't need the diode from the battery only the PSU. The PSU would keep the battery floating @ (12v-Vf_diode). I've never tried this myself but I would recommend to make sure the battery...
