    iHobby 2007, Robot Event

So, who is all going to iHobby 2007?

I'm going, and Matt Bauer is going also!

Looking at the map of the place it looks like Trossen Robotics (I'll stop by) will be there, Robotis will be there, and a few other cool Robot related companies will be there, like Robot Magazine (if you would call them a "company").

Based on last year, I'd say more robots will be at iHobby then every!

Manoi was first at iHobby 2006.

    See you there,

    Hey Scotty,

Yep we will be there! They are having a special robotics area and we will be in there with some other robot people. We will bring robots to show off and the Chibots club will be there too.

It will be good to meet you and Matt and any others that show up!

    Matt

    Nice!

I'm hoping to bring 1 Lego Mindstorms RCX Lego Sumo Bot, and 1 Lego Mindstorms NXT Lego Sumo Bot.

Also, if I have the time I am hoping of also bringing a Basic Table Top made out of Legos.

Of course if I get any other robots done by that time I'll bring them too, but I just don't have *that* much time!

I forgot to say - I'll bring my camera, and upload the videos and pictures to YouTube and Flickr.

Oh yeah, my uncle Justin (do a search for him of my blog) will be there too (I don't think he will come armed with any robots though)!

    See ya,

This conference will be fun, I wasn't expecting it to be so robot-like, looks like we are slowly taking over the world after all

Disregard my PM I just sent you Matt. I guess I should start looking at "all" emails/posts before I decide to ask people questions, haha!

I'll be there. Chibots will be holding our biannual contest, Chibotica there! Type chibots into the company search on iHobby's site and you'll see our booth. CRCA will also be there running Mecha Mayhem robot combat. (booths 108 and 109)

If you guys bring a robot that can run one of our contest we'd love to have you compete with us!
