    I looked at it a day or two ago on Instructables and thought "that's neat" until I read through it, then I thought "that's neat! All the Mac hackers out there that are really needing a bus-master-only I2C will be super happy. Both of them."

    I personally use the parallel port on my unit. You can bit bang and speak to i2c type of interface so long as you convert the output signals to an open-collector/open-drain with an appropriate pullup...
