Hey, hey, he's preparing for his child's future and the downfall of the human race all while holding down a job at Trossen.

How do you know his child isn't just another one of his robot projects? He just hasn't revealed it yet.

    lol

Look at it this way, I don't have to worry about paying for her college if robots have taken over the world, right? LOL

As long as it's your robots that have taken over the world, and not, say, Bullit's. And I know who I'm betting on in a robot dual to the death.

After a number of set backs, Bullit swooped in and saved the day and got the Gumstix controller bluetooth up and running. Thanks Bullit!

    Cool motion...
I like the range of motion you seem tp be getting out of your pan tilt.
How are you compensating for the shift in COG when the torso moves around?

Actually, that's only about half of the pan range. It does a full 300 degrees, I can nearly fire behind me.

Eventually I will be compensating for the shift in COG using the IMU data/Balance engine that the Farrells have developed. For year 1, I won't be running and gunning.

Wow! Excellent progress Tyberius! Nice movements.

How satisfied are you with the precision from the analog sticks of the playstation controller?

Looking forward to its first step!

They are much more accurate than my experience with a standard PS2 controller. I'm using the PS3 SixAxis.
