I'm new on the forum and, in a way, also to robotic world.

I'm trying to access datas of the Dynamixel AX-12A servo from MATLAB. The servo is connected to the laptop via USB2AX v3.2b, and the serial port is established as COM3. But when I try to scan the output of the servo MATLAB return me the message: "Unable to access data".

Does anyone experienced the same error? I have no idea to solve the problem, I would really appreciate any kind of help
