I am a university student and I am new to the forum.

I meet some problems when I follow the step 6 in ArbotiX-M Robocontroller Getting Started Guide. I got a servo(AX-12A) from my teacher. Its ID is #1 and the baud rate is 34(57142 bps). I upload the AXSimpleTest and there is no error but the servo doesn't work.

And I can't find the servo when I try to scan the ID with the DynaManager introduced in the guide. I upload the ros and there's no error. I can connect to the port after auto searching but there's no servo found after the scanning. It is mentioned in the

The software and hardware I use are shown below.
Arduino 1.0.6
FTDI-USB Cable to Computer
12V/5A Power Supply
