Well it's time to reveal what my competition project is folks, and here it is.

Not quite the mental image I had. I'm guessing from the T-105 caption, that this is a Terminator variant from Terminator 3, which I haven't seen.

Nocturnal now that explaines why you did not get it! This is a must see movie but one thing I don't like about it is that some of the action seens are way too long. But I think you will enjoy the plot..

By the way Great work as always on it 4mem8! It's looking better and better everry time I see the pictures you send me and post. Keep up the great work buddy!

Thanks GW very much appreciated, This project is a really hard one to do, but I am determined to finish it. I have so many projects almost finished now and next year I will be busy learning code. Argh.

Rudolph: Thanks, When I say hard to do, What I really meant to say is that it has been hard to find any really good pics of this robot, Good pics mean a better detailed robot, And in this case I have had to interpret a lot of detail. As for actually building it, this is pretty easy for me as I have done this sort of building for the last 38 yrs [ouch that hurts when I say that] so building from pics comes second nature to me, I wish programing did.

Hehe. That's what I mean when I say you make it look easy. I know you've only got a handful of photos, yet you're still making something that looks like "the real thing".

If it helps any, try seeing the programming as something that is second nature to you. For example, if I take a step back and try to visualize a program as a mechanical device (engine, drivetrain, etc...) it kinda helps me sometimes. A while() loop is not unlike a piston thumping up and down, especially if there's a certain call made every other cycle (then it's a two stroke).

Though if that makes it worse, ignore everything I said *grin*
