    Hey Shoppers: Potentiometer Source?

I'll drop this on this board for lack of a better place...

Anyone know a good source for 10+ potentiometer orders? I'm wanting matching linear taper, probably 10k. I usually would order from Futurelec.com, but I'm wondering if all you masterful shoppers have found a better spot?

Last I looked - price. Something like 5-10x the price/unit. I kinda figure "why pay $20-$95 when I can pay $5? [or less]"

    Fergs,

I swear I searched there and couldn't find metal shaft pots, but in your link there were a couple. In this case, I think futurlec, even though they're a few pennies more, has a better selection for my application. Thank you for finding more than I did there!

Elios, thanks for the offer! It is indeed for education, but I suspect the shipping would destroy me.

    Thanks guys!

The Belgian branch of Farnell is having a sale - both on non RoHS parts and some excess stock.
Don't know if it'll work in the us, but you can only try- search code for the non-rohs parts is XXYV, for the other it's DIS-NM.
