I recently assembled my Bioloid GP humanoid. It worked well for a bit. Today I went to work with it and fond that when it was set to Play mode, it would not move into position like normal. When program U was started, all the dynamixels turned on and turned as far as they would go in some direction, and i would immediately abort the program.

I went into RoboPlus motion, powered on the servos, and saw that they were all reading either 1023 or 0 (mostly 0) for their rotational values at any angle.

I have tried restoring controller firmware, dynamixel firmware, etc. all to no avail. What else could be wrong with the robot?
