What are some good motors that are used for human sized humanoids?
They are good... but i need something 5 times stronger if not more.
Bit of a vague question. What's your end goal? Are we talking a robot that just has to lift its own weight, are you looking for something to carry an additional 20 kg on its back, or...?? MX-106s, while great, are probably not going to be well suited for human sized robots as you've pointed out (unless you want a baby sized robot, which is still technically human sized...).
Also, what size and power constraints do you have for this? I could recommend the 1.1 kW motor from my mill, but that probably won't fit either criteria. Budget may also be an issue.

My goal is to build an exoskeleton suit that can support its own weight plus a carrying load of at least 50 lbs arms almost fully extended

Typically, those kinds of systems use pneumatics or even hydraulics instead of motors, presumably mostly for weight reasons.
