    Thanks KevinO, took me long enough just to get this guy together. As far as flex there is a little bit in the servo mounts in the hips and ankle, but it is barely noticeable. I do not see any backlash at all, that I can tell. I just need to get a better handle on the mini Maestro, it has allot of good option for setting up servos and control. As far as CG goes once I start using the battery try servo, it should be not a problem at all. and walking should be allot smoother as well.

    Interesting! I had assumed that the waving motions of the body while balancing were all due to flex and backlash. What else is causing that?
