I have been trying to upload the Phantom x AX-12 stock code onto my Mark I hexapod, using an FTDi as the programmer. When it gets to the uploading part LED will Flash on the Arbotix board then turn off after 2-3 seconds. I tried pressing and holding the reset button on the board as well. The code will sometimes upload but it isn't consistent.
Do you get any errors in the Arduino IDE?
Are you suing the Original ArbotiX or the ArbotiX-M?

Do you have anything else plugged into the board when your programming? You can't have your XBee plugged in while programming over FTDI.
Do you have access to an ISP programer? You might try to reload the bootloader.
If all else fails, let me know and you can send the board back and we'll either fix or replace it.
I didnt have anything plugged into the board besides the FTDI, I am going to try to upload the code via the two paired xbees. If that doesn't work then I will try to flash the bootloader on the board
