    AX-12 ROS examples: Overload Error

    Hi there!

    I'm a newby that have started playing around with one AX-12 motor controlling it over ROS, following this tutorials.

    I'm doing the second one (http://wiki.ros.org/dynamixel_contro...tionController) and I was wondering why I get the next error displayed in the terminal where I'm runing the `dynamixel_manager`:

    "Overload Error [servo #1 : fetching full servo status failed"

    I have seen the error code 97 in the motor. Is this a normal behaviour?

    No. You either have a problem in your mechanical design that blocks (stalls) the motor, OR you have a problem with the electrical wiring that makes the communication fail, OR you have a problem in the code where there's an uninitialized variable or other such software bug.

    My bet would be on the communications wiring being busted somehow, but that's just a bet.
