Turbo Fuse

I just received the PhantomX robot arm and had a question about using Turbo Fuse for securing the screws. If I plan to build the arm but then intend to either mod it or take it apart, should I use the Turbo Fuse? Is that intended to be for permanent construction or will it be easy enough to take apart and put back together? I'd like to see how well it works initially and then be able to modify it as I need.

It is a ('blue') low strength anaerobic adhesive, so it easily removed with just a screwdriver or hex wrench and it is essential to keep the robot from shedding screws during usage. It provides just enough strength and resistance to keep the screws backing out on their own. It is the 'red' locktite you can find in big box stores that is a high/medium strength adhesive that requires significant heating to break the bonded surfaces loose.
